LEWISTON — Security guards interrupted a burglary in progress at the Niagara Falls Country Club on Tuesday night, Niagara County Sheriff's officials said.
The break-in took place shortly before 10:30 p.m. at the club, located at 534 Mountain View Drive in Lewiston.
The suspect, Alex Parker, 18, of Lewiston, was charged with felony counts of third-degree burglary and first-degree reckless endangerment and a misdemeanor count of petit larceny.
He was arraigned before Lewiston Town Court Judge Hugh Lee and remanded to the Niagara County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail.
