The NFL currently has three winless teams. The Indianapolis Colts blew a 17-0 lead against the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 5 to fall to 0-5 while the Miami Dolphins and St. Louis Rams remained at 0-4 with their bye week taking place. Since the Rams drafted Sam Bradford with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2010 draft, it is safe to rule them out of the Andrew Luck Sweepstakes.
The Colts could draft Luck and do what the Green Bay Packers did with Brett Favre and Aaron Rodgers. Luck can spend a season or two behind Peyton Manning and learn from one of the best to ever play the game of football. By the time Manning retires, Luck can step in and help the Colts rebuild.
The Dolphins are desperate for Luck. Everyone knows about the Dolphins trying to search for their franchise quarterback ever since Dan Marino retired in 1999. The Dolphins have worked with Jay Fielder, A.J. Feeley, Gus Frerotte, Joey Harrington, Cleo Lemon, Chad Pennington, Chad Henne and many more quarterbacks since 2000. Luck will start in Week 1 of the 2012 season for the Dolphins in hopes to finally solve the quarterback woes in Miami.

Perhaps the Colts deserve more credit for having close contests against the Pittsburgh Steelers and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. However, the Colts were unable to hold on to a 17-0 lead against the Chiefs in Sunday’s loss. Pierre Garcon caught four passes for 119 yards and two touchdowns, only to catch one pass for six yards in the second half in the 28-24 loss after blowing a 17-point lead as Curtis Painter struggled finding his best receiver in Sunday's game.
The Colts were shut out in the second half. It is hard to look at the Colts as a competitive team after a loss like that to the Chiefs.
The Jacksonville Jaguars have not done well at all as a team on offense. They have been the most boring team on offense this season, putting up 59 points in five games. If Painter can connect with Garcon and Reggie Wayne against the Jaguars, they should be able to pick up their only win of the season at home when the Jaguars come to visit.
The Dolphins may be able to win against the Dallas Cowboys due to the lack of consistency from the Cowboys in the fourth quarter. The Cowboys become comfortable in the second half and have allowed teams to dominate in the end. If Brandon Marshall can have a good game against the Cowboys, the Dolphins have a shot to pull an upset in this game.
The Philadelphia Eagles are no longer considered Super Bowl contenders with their 1-4 start to the season. Michael Vick has thrown seven interceptions after throwing six the season before. DeSean Jackson and Jeremy Maclin have not played well good enough this season as the Eagles are in the bottom of the NFC East.
If the Dolphins defense can come together against the Eagles, they could force Vick to have another frustrating game and pull away with another victory before the season comes to an end.
The Colts seem to be the favorites to win the top pick and should use it on Luck. Luck would have the opportunity to play with Garcon for many years and possibly put together one of the best quarterback-wide receiver duos in the NFL. Luck may also have the chance to spend a little bit of time with one of the best receivers to play the game in Reggie Wayne.
Luck has completed 71.4 percent of his passes and has thrown for 1,013 yards, 11 touchdowns and one interceptions so far this season. Luck has earned a 178.0 quarterback rating on the year. Stanford is 5-0 on the season and are ranked fifth in the USA Today poll and seventh in the AP poll.
