Boston’s Chanel boutique hosted a reception in the Abbey Room at the Boston Public Library on Wednesday, Sept. 21, to celebrate the release of Justine Picardie’s new deluxe edition of “Chanel – Her Life,” with original sketches by Karl Lagerfeld.
Journalist and author Justine Picardie, who was in town for the reception and book signing, was granted special access to Coco Chanel’s archives and is the first author to have examined undiscovered private archives in the United Kingdom and France.
“Chanel – Her Life” explores every aspect of Chanel’s world.
