Kate Gosselin is spending some time in New York City this weekend, likely because it's ex-husband Jon's weekend to be with the kids. The mom of eight is getting some much-needed relaxation time and maybe even some grown-up FUN!
"Just had another superb dinner with friends at Fig & Olive (meatpacking district). Special thanks to [the] amazing staff, Diego and manager Carlos for top-notch food and service," Kate tweeted Friday night.
Everyone deserves a night out and it sounds like Kate really enjoyed her time—and her meal! Her fans are wondering if she will be staying in the Big Apple for the weekend, and if so, will she be meeting with anyone about a possible upcoming job? That sounds a bit unlikely since most people handle their business during regular working hours, but you never know.
