Madonna stalker wore Guy Ritchie's clothes

Obsessive fan awaits sentencing for breaking into pop legend's home

A man accused of stalking pop legend Madonna has admitted in court that he tried on her ex-husband Guy Ritchie 's clothes after forcing his way into her family home.

Grzegorz Matlok  was arrested and deported back to his native Poland for mental health treatment after breaking into the the 53-year old singer's Yorkshire home, but returned to England on March 12th 2011 in order to meet Madonna face to face - resulting in his rearrest.

"He told mental health personnel that he is entitled to live in Madonna's house because she sent him special messages," prosecutor Punal Chopra told the court on Monday (Sept 12th).

According to US Weekly, Matlok was discovered by the singer's friend and neighbor Nathan Rissman  after breaking into the property through a balcony and allegedly helping himself to a can of energy drink Red Bull from their garage - a claim he denies.

"He was arrested then dealt with under the mental health act and deported back to Poland for treatment," Chopra explained. "However, he has returned and set out a very clear plan of these offenses and given very clear instructions that he would continue if released."

Madonna - currently in Toronto while she promotes her much-maligned directorial debut 'W.E.' - was with her four children in the U.S at the time of the break-in.

Matlok is remanded in custody and will be sentenced on October 10th.
