First a Chaz Bono Dancing with the Stars controversy and now The Real Housewives franchise. Wait, those ladies aren’t involved in DWTS. Reports are saying the ABC show refused to cast the ladies of Bravo on their hit dancing show. Read on for the details.
Dancing with the Stars seems to want to take anyone — we’re talking to you Kate Gosselin. So, why wouldn’t they want the ladies of The Real Housewives franchise?
The insider added, “Season after season the housewives pitch themselves to grace the dance floor and season after season the show says thanks but no thanks.”
“They never made Bethenny an offer,” a friend of Frankel’s told Naughty But Nice Rob . “She went to the show with a friend of [host] Tom Bergeron’s who was kind enough to get his pal-plus-one two front row seats next to the head of ABC. But even that couldn’t get her on the show.”
Interestingly enough, Kim Richards was rumored to be heading to the show before the official announcement of the cast. Wonder what happened there.
