
PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — Oregon authorities are working to identify a body found in an SUV owned by a man missing from Washington state. The Linn County Sheriff's Office says the vehicle was owned by David Jones Pedersen, whose wife, Leslie Pedersen, was found slain last month. Pedersen's son and his girlfriend are suspects in the deaths of Leslie Pedersen and 19-year-old Cody Myers.

BAGHDAD (AP) — An Iraqi military spokesman says the military is worried police in some cities aren't yet up to the task of taking over security responsibilities. The military says it's delaying a pullout of its forces from cities that had been scheduled for the end of this year.

On a stage shaped like a giant glove,ians including Christina Aguilera and Gladys Knight sang his songs. Jackson's children were also there.
LOS ANGELES (AP) — Zsa Zsa Gabor's husband says she is doing better hours after she lost consciousness at her Los Angeles-area mansion and was rushed to a hospital. He says Gabor's fever is down, she's responding to antibiotics, and she has opened her eyes but hasn't spoken.
