“Poe in Octo,” a theatre trek staging a number of dramatic short works based on the writing of Edgar Allan Poe, will be presented by Citadel Theatre at 4:30 pm. Oct. 20-22 and 27-29 at Lake Forest Open Lands’ Mellody Farm Nature Preserve, 350 N. Waukegan Road, Lake Forest. The drama, suitable for all ages, unfolds at a series of outdoor performance stations. Participants should dress warmly, wear comfortable outdoor walking shoes, bring a blanket or portable chairs to sit on, and a flashlight to guide their way through the woods at twilight.
