(AP) -- An 18-year-old Greenwich man has been arrested on drug charges in connection with the overdose death of his friend in January.
The Greenwich Time reports (http://bit.ly/qTIncR) that William Nelson was charged Tuesday evening with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and conspiracy to possess narcotics.
