Avoid Falling Prey To Sweepstakes Scams

Everyone loves the idea of winning mad cash by doing absolutely nothing, but if it's too good to be true then it is—so don't fall for those stupid sweepstakes scams.

Watch out for the following:

Don't believe anything that says you need to send in money before you receive the prize.

The Los Angeles Times' David Lazarus reported a story Tuesday about a couple who received a letter from Sentry Armed Dispatch, which asked them to send $20 to Ft. Lauderdale so they could unlock their $898,899 prize.

UFC 137's Bart Palaszewski 'disrespected' when opponent missed weight

Texarkana, Ark. — A segment of U.S. Highway 67 in Texarkana is now designated as Rock 'n' Roll Highway.

Local leaders unveiled signs Thursday that give the nickname to the highway, where performers in the 1950s drove before Interstate 30 was built.

Rock 'n' Roll pioneers including Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash and Roy Orbison took U.S. 67 when on the Louisiana Hayride circuit, coming from Memphis, Tenn., and heading to Louisiana or Texas.

Steelers defeat Patriots

PITTSBURGH -- The Steelers had made the Super Bowl twice since New England's last trip, yet they in some ways still felt like the kid brother looking up to Tom Brady and the big, bad Patriots.

Not anymore.

The Steelers finally got the best of their AFC nemesis yesterday with a 25-17 manhandling at delirious Heinz Field that appeared to expose the Patriots -- particularly Bill Belichick's hand-picked defense -- in the process.
